By creating an account or using the onesurvey platform (including the web admin panel and the mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using onesurvey on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
onesurvey provides a survey creation, deployment, and data collection platform. The service includes a web-based survey builder, a mobile application for field data collection (iOS and Android), offline data storage and auto-sync, response analytics, and data export functionality.
You must provide accurate information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
onesurvey offers paid subscriptions billed on a per-device basis. Your subscription begins at the end of the free trial period. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Pricing is subject to change. We will notify active subscribers at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.
We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Trial accounts that are not converted to paid subscriptions are deactivated and data is deleted after 30 days.

You own the survey data you collect using onesurvey. We do not access, use, or share your survey response data except to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of onesurvey complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining necessary consent from survey respondents.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not liable for data loss resulting from events outside our control, including hardware failure, natural disaster, or third-party service outages.
We strongly recommend exporting your data regularly using the built-in PDF, Excel, or CSV export features.
The onesurvey platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, onesurvey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of onesurvey after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
